This little corner of the Internet is our place to share all sorts of food ideas from indoor cooking to outdoor grilling and smoking and even some amateur beer home brewing stories.
I’ve always been told that a chef creates recipes and a cook just puts them together to serve. Here, we’re neither – just folks that enjoy throwing ingredients on a grill, in a pan, or a smoker while having a cold drink and seeing how it turns out. You might see some exact recipes here from time to time however what we do is experiment with food and tell you what we think about our creations. Some might be a culinary masterpiece, others might be a complete turd castle. Regardless, we’re glad you came to see us and hope you will check back on occasion to see what’s new.
We’re also huge camping enthusiasts so any trips taken will be well documented here. Deep-sea and in-shore fishing, photography, guitar music,.. pretty much anything we feel like typing will be found here. I hope you like what you see and maybe even find some of it useful!
